Oh my gosh, y'all, Natalie's senior session was so much fun!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, when I leave most sessions and I'm at home looking through my images I usually am thinking that it was my favorite session yet! There's a little bit of a high associated with this job. It's like an adrenaline rush and a feeling I can't really explain to create something out of a (sometimes) ordinary moment. It thrills me to look through images after a session has ended to see what I was lucky enough to capture.
Senior sessions are a little bit different...The chaos and unpredictability that comes with a family session is not there, but it's a still a joy to sit and look through images after a senior session has ended. I had Natalie sitting on tree branches, rolling in the grass and ultimately laying in an ice cold stream at the end of her session, and she rocked it!! At the beginning of her session Natalie asked a lot of questions about where to put her arms, where to look, and what to do, but I'm telling you, ten minutes into her photo session she was posing herself! As the sun dipped below the horizon I asked her if she wanted to sit in the creek for some final shots, and she said "OH MY GOSH, YES!!!!" before I could even finish my questions! I love, love, love how her photos turned out!
